The Hurricane Awareness Tour (HAT) 2019 will be on Monday May 6th 2019 
at the Quonset State Airport in North Kingstown RI. It has been 8 years 
since the HAT came to Southern New England (May 2011 at Otis AFB – 
Falmouth, MA). The National Weather Service in Boston/Norton will again 
be requesting a special event station and event communications from 
Amateur Radio SKYWARN Spotters at this event. A public announcement on
