[SKYWARN_Announce] Recent Spam Message On the List

Hello to all..

I have seen and been notified about a spam message that made it out to the SKYWARN Announce email list. This was caused by a spammer who was able to spoof an email address from the list that is allowed to post to the email list. We have locked down the system so that all messages including from those that can post to the list are moderated to prevent this from happening again. We apologize for the inconvenience.
