..A period of spotty, light freezing rain/drizzle may cause a period of difficult driving conditions before temperatures warm above freezing. A Freezing Rain Advisory is in effect from 6 AM-Noon Tuesday for Hampden, Hampshire, and Franklin Counties of Massachusetts and Hartford County in Connecticut for a trace to a few hundredths of an inch of ice..
