A flea market can bring in some $$$ but is also an expense. After all is said and done, profits aren't all that much and getting a large turnout in the first year requires wide spread communication. Raising dues is always an unpopular option, and that leaves increasing the membership base. Combining forces makes some sense but has it's own set of problems and some members already belong to 2 or more clubs. I'm sure there is a solution, I just can't envision it at this time.
