[MARA_announcements] Winter ARES drill

Folks,
EMA ARES will be conducting a winter emergency communication drill this 
Saturday 3 Feb.  Information on the drill is available here:

I plan on conducting a net on the .18 repeater in support of the drill 
from 10 to 11.  Checkins would be welcome.  If you wish to participate, 
please consider operating your radio from a backup power source and 
providing a drill message reporting a local infrastructure damage report.

 From 11 to 12, I hope to compile any reports in a winlink summary and 
passing that along.
