[Bridgewater_EOC_Communications] Head count for 19 October drill

Folks,
Melissa has asked for headcount for the upcoming 19 October daytime 
Pilgrim drill at the Bridgewater EOC.  She is putting in the food order 
and needs to make the catering arrangements.

Please let me know if you are attending. So far Rob and Allen are the 
only ones confirmed.
